Property Management

Project Types

HiPics provides a number of different drone services for Property Managers.

By digitizing each of your properties you are creating a baseline for your annual capital planning budget.

Our assessment reports allow for an accurate scoping of repairs, and make it easy to coordinate with your contractors.

These image libraries and reports can become your single source of truth for each of the properties in your portfolio.

Basic Flyover Report

The most basic drone service we offer to property managers is a daytime rooftop surface flight, or a daytime/nighttime surface flight.

For these missions we photograph the entire rooftop surface material from the 4 standard compass points, and provide you with a library of RGB and Infrared photos including a set of low fly over videos.

Once completed, the imagery is provided directly to you for download from a secure private account, usually on the same day.

This drone service is perfect for those that want to do their own post production editing and reporting

Standard Flyover Report

The Standard Flyover drone service is also based on a daytime, or a daytime/nighttime rooftop flight, but it additionally includes a comprehensive report listing all of the issues and anomalies that are observed with the rooftop surface during the flight.

In addition to providing the basic library of visible and thermal pictures and videos, we then take the time to carefully review the imagery, and compile a comprehensive report pinpointing each area of concern.

This report is then provided to you for secure download complete with all of your high resolution images and videos.

Advanced Flyover Report

The Advanced Rooftop Flyover Report is an extensive drone assessment service that we offer to property managers.

In addition to assessing the current state of the rooftop material when we fly the rooftop, we also take high resolution photographs of the condition of the gutters, the downpipes, the chimneys, and all of the rooftop vents.

We also make note of any tree branches or other types of landscaping that is over the rooftop or adjacent to the facade.

Improve the coordination with your team members and subcontractors using a visual report of the overall rooftop conditions.
