COMMON QUESTIONS

We are a based out of the city of Surrey in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, and we are more than happy to work anywhere from Whistler, B.C. to Hope, B.C.

Currently we are flying the DJI line of drones, using primarily the Mavic 2 Enterprise  Advanced, the Mavic 2 Pro and the Spark lines for our missions. 

Yes, to comply with the mandatory regulations set by Transport Canada and to protect all of our clients, we do carry commercial liability insurance that covers our operations.

Transport Canada requires us to stay 30 meters away from any building, vehicle, or person(s) not associated with the mission.

Those who are briefed on the operation and specifically involved with it, can be within the 30 meter radius.

We require a crew of 2 for most of our missions; The Pilot and a Visual Observer.

Yes, as long as the space is large enough, think convention centers, gymnasiums, theatres, and larger rooms/homes

Drones are allowed to fly up to 400 ft by Transport Canada Regulations.

Yes, there is a wireless video feed coming from the Drone to the remote controller that can allow both and the camera operator to see what the drone sees.

Yes, we are able to securely stream HD video for a live broadcast.

Our standard hourly rates range from $125.00 – $225.00/hr depending on equipment required and the time of day. We have a 2 hour minimum, and travel time is billed @ $55.00/hr for all distances greater than 15 km from our office.

All post production processing will be billed out at $100.00 – $200.00/hr. We are happy to provide the unedited images to you in the file format of your choice. We are even happier to provide you with advanced reporting and analytics services.
